Dashboard archiving

Issue: When dashboards are no longer relevant or the data has become outdated or not maintained, there is no current workflow to archive this, therefore retaining the potential to view the dashboard after its operational use.

Use case: When an emergency operation switches from an initial embedded BI dashboard, the link is amended in the Django back end. There is no link maintained and no record in case someone needs to view this data or the viz approach used.

Implications and technical options to be reviewed in Q1 2020.

@LukeCaley can you please clarify - are you looking for an archived copy of the iframe link? in which case now we have an improved audit trail for changes to emergency pages we can always find the link of the embedded dashboard.

Is that enough to meet the needs, or is this ticket intended for a different archive process?
