*User Guide and Admin Guide documents needs to be updated. Documents in French are missing, as well as Spanish Admin Guide.

We need to

• [x] Review user and admin guides
• [x] Select new platform for publishing
• [ ] Update English User Guide and Admin Guide
• [ ] Translate them to French
• [ ] Translate Admin Guide to Spanish and update Spanish User Guide
• [ ] Update Arabic User Guide and Admin Guide
• [x] Make documents available on the site
