Registration Process in French

As a Supervisor in Senegal, I need the registration page for new Data Collectors to be in French, such that we are able to onboard new volunteers.

Description: Since most supervisors and volunteers in Senegal does not speak/read/understand English, it would be 'impossible' to onboard new volunteers without having the registration page in French. A possible solution is to add a query to a button where you choose English or French. The reason being we still need English for Somaliland.
