Faulty "success" messages in dashboard

Describe the bug There are several examples in the dashboard where faulty SMS reports are being registered as successful messages (and this is carried into the excel when exported for analysis, making analysis difficult if relying on "status" as an indicator).

Expected behavior Ideally, an SMS which isn't written in the correct format would have an "error" status.

Note that the reports are counted as "0" in all columns.
