Analytics components should display a message when data is missing/too old

In Analytics, we use fresh data in our components. If there is no data, the components are just empty shells.

When data can be fetched, but it's not recent enough to be shown in the components (e.g. older than 1 week or 1 month), there should be a message saying that there was no recent data.
