Remove Codeathon, Meetings and Documentation folders from source code

As it is a bit difficult to structure these files well in the Wiki, I propose that we create a separate repo for documentation and reference that in the CBS Wiki

@gardnk can you ask the apropriate guys to create a repo for us on the IFRCGo? I have created a repo with all the removed files here: https://github.com/cbs-reporting-senegal/cbs-documentation
