@markusvoelter is there any need to keep that issue? I dont undertand what it means and why to keep it. In case it is required, do you mind adding a discription?

Just a small remark: The language com.mbeddr.mpsutil.multilingual was scheduled for removal before in case anyone wants to use it. Before you i18n this project, you would have to start with the other platforms anyway. Without clear requirements and scope, this doesn't sound like a good idea. The only use case that I heard before, were concept descriptions and aliases.
