YUView Missing AppImage build for version 2.14

As per the title, the last build (2.14) is missing AppImage support. See the relevant release page: https://github.com/IENT/YUView/releases/tag/v2.14. I am flagging this as a bug because I believe the absence of the AppImage is a mistake, but maybe this is intended. In that case, feel free to close the issue.

Thx for the reminder. A former colleague was doing the appimage releases and I do not know how. I will have to figure out how to automate this in the Github CI pipeline.

It turns out that all the code for the appimage is there and seems to be working ... super strange that there is no appimage for the last release. I will observe this in the next release.
