Dav1d bug on MacBook

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. When I use Dav1d to decode and analyze an av1 stream： image

This may be related to #479 . I can not reproduce this currently. But it may also be something else. Once the refactoring implementation is done, we can retry this and see if it is fixed.
