Problems with csv files

Describe the bug There are a few issues when using csv files:

  • [x] The range type indicators are case sensitive. YUView should be a bit more forgiving here.
  • [ ] Playback of only a csv file does not work (it does not play)
  • [ ] When playing with a YUV in an overlay, the playback is stuttering. Only one draw should happen per frame.
