Missing keybinding on SEM 70

ARMA, ACRE2, CBA, ACE and all mods are on current versions.

Pressing CTRL + arrow_up or CTRL + arrow_down to immediately change the broadcasting channels works perfectly with SEM 53 SL or the default 343. Unfortunately there's no action when using SEM 70.

  1. Don't skip the template.
  2. Never use the likes of 'latest' as the version number, cuz it can be impossible to find the then-current version, and even if it's possible it's an extra work.

IIRC from the code, this is intentional, the keybinds only work on non-backpack radios.
