Prebuild GroundingDino Wheel with Manual Fix

Considering I used an entire day wondering why I couldn't install this wheel for segment anything (in ComfyUI), I asked many AI sites what was wrong, and Grok managed to figure it out. So after the suggested fix, I finally was able to install and build groundingdino.

[Prebuilt]groundingdino_py-0.4.0-py2.py3-none-any.tar.gz

Solution to build it yourself if you don't want to d/l the premade wheel. Just thought I'd save future users some time.
