Grounded-Segment-Anything Not a directory: hipconfig

I'm trying to install via python3 -m pip install -e GroundingDINO but I'm getting the error:

I can run and generate masks with SAM already so all of those dependencies are met.

have you set the CUDA_HOME variable? Moreover, can you help to provide more details about the torch and python versions?

Same issue occurs when I installed apex by pip install -v --disable-pip-version-check --no-cache-dir --global-option="--cpp_ext" --global-option="--cuda_ext" ./, refer to: apex
