Results on fp16

Excuseme, will you provide your results on training with autocast, i.e, dtype fp16. I found it a bit lower than 49.0 mAP with 48.4 mAP on 4 scale, 12 epoch training setting.

We did not test the results with fp16 under ResNet-50. We will consider adding this experiment in our next version.
