Marked locations not sync'ed

The "Marked Locations" (Ctrl-M / Alt-M shortcuts) do not seem to be synchronized.

Setup:

• IDArling v0.0.1
• IDA Version 7.2.181105 Windows x64 (64-bit address size)

Hi @stevielavern, Yes, we know that the hook was added in IDA 7.2 after we reported that it was missing in IDA 7.1. Only header are available for bookmarks, so we have to thing a bit about it, and use ctypes to provide a hook for that in IDA7.1 and use "native" hook on IDA 7.2
