Add iiwa7 and ignition support

Since the current repository only supports IIWA14 robot under Gazebo Classic simulation, this pull request is to offer support for IIWA 7 robot along with Ignition Gazebo. Most of the original files are kept in place, and the additional files are mainly for running IIWA 7 in Ignition Gazebo.
