Keep track of the measurement entity sorting in the URL

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sorting measurement entities is not retained. Whenever the user collapses a metric and expands it again, the sorting of the measurement entities is lost. If the user expands another metric, the measurement entities are not sorted.

Describe the solution you'd like Keep track of the measurement entity sort order and column in the URL's query parameter.
