Show metrics that required action on the selected dates

Tasks:

• Change the text of the "Metrics requiring action" to "Metrics that required action" when the user selects multiple dates.
• Add a tooltip to the "Metrics that required action" to explain what it does.
• When multiple dates are selected and the user clicks the "Metrics that required action" button, show only metrics that require(d) action on the visible dates.
