Do not break line in target value

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The target value of a metric may show a comparison operator and a value, e.g. '≤ 4000'. The space between the operator and the value allows the browser to break the line in the rendered output.

Describe the solution you'd like Use a non-breaking space between the operator and the value.

Describe alternatives you've considered Removing the space makes the target less readable.
