Quality Report Templating

As a Quality Manager, I want to be able to quickly set up my report so that it contains all relevant metric. Currently, users can easily forget useful metrics and using the missing metrics metric can be a tedious task.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] As a QM , I can easiliy select the next useful metric when adding a metric.
• [ ] As a QM, I get suggestions from QT for entering a new metric, when setting up a report. This way, I will not accidentally forget a metric.
