Improve Trend Graph - touchpoint

add the feature to touch a point on the graph with the mouse pointer that will show a popup with the following information:

  • Measurement value and unit
  • Measurement date/time
  • Metric target value at the specified date/time
  • Metric near target value at the specified date/time
  • Metric debt target value at the specified date/time
  • Metric status icon

Highlight the hovered point on the graph if possible with a dot or cross hair.
