GWT compile failure: superdevmode-launcher-legacy.jar not exist?

The archive: myprojectpath/eclipse/dropins/com.google.gwt.eclipse.libs_3.8.0.v201410302155-rel-r44.jar/libs/superdevmode-launcher-legacy.jar which is referenced by the classpath, does not exist.
