GPU Task Profiling (in PTG)

@DSMishler and Joseph John have traces with GPU tasks that show a surprising behavior: the GPU tasks are decorated with m, n, k, tcid, etc... but the CPU tasks don't seem to be (None in these columns).

@therault will check if the behavior is correct, and if it makes better sense to fix it to provide the information for all entries.
