Unknown time left for document downloads

Describe the bug

When downloading a big document, FF tells me that there is an unknown time left.

To Reproduce

Go to a big document (several megabytes). Download it and look at the progress bar of the browser

Expected behavior

I'd like my browser to be able to tell me when it is going to end.

It is probably because the browser doesn't know the size.
