v6.4.0 tag doesn't belong to any branch on this repository

Hello, I maintain the Plex package in Debian (and Ubuntu and other downstream distros), and I normally package relying on git tags. I see that Plex 6.4.0 has been released, but the commit tagged as v6.4.0 (referenced in the GitHub "releases" page) doesn't belong to this repository:

Could you please verify and fix the tag, or point me to the repository to which the tag belongs?

Same for v6.4.2 https://github.com/IBM/plex/commit/242c4cccd37e87985a5337815c99b960ef13c65c and 6.4.1

Additionally why resetting the git tags? It only inconvenience packagers
