Quiry on release of Plex Sans SC

Hello, there. I checked ou the CJK characters in Plex Sans JP. Such good work done! I am wondering when will the SC version be released. Really looking forward to it.

The estimate for SC and TC is Q3 2023.

Then the README.md needs to be updated to reflect the latest estimate of 2023 because it's still saying 2022 as of 16 October 2022.

Chinese will follow in 2022.

The IBM Plex website says 2022 as well. https://www.ibm.com/plex/languages/. Might want to update that as well. Thanks! I remember seeing that back in 2019 or something and being really excited about it. IBM people really know their typography.
