Redesign Arabic Letter U (U+06C7)

The damma of the Arabic Letter U (U+06C7) could be designed more like a comma, see aliftype/amiri#209, googlefonts/noto-fonts#1992. Reference: https://www.unicode.org/L2/L2020/20289-kazakh-kyrgyz-uyghur-annot.pdf

When designing Plex Arabic other classic fonts were investigated including Microsoft fonts. At the time the suggested design approach was Waw + Damma.

It looks like the updated convention (since 2020?) is Waw + small Latin Comma instead of Damma (Or a filled-in Damma which looked like a small comma). The below example. We need expert opinions in Khazakh language so please chime in with feedback and suggestions on this topic.

Response below from @waelmorcos, one of the designers of Plex Arabic.

We might need the expertise of a Kazakh expert here. When making our decision we followed previous examples in fonts like the below list that use the Damma instead of the Comma.
