[Feature Request] Add Cyrillic to Plex Condensed

Please add the Cyrillic script to Plex Condensed as it doesn't have now.

@BoldMonday Another project to add to the potential future list. It’s lower on the priority list compared to finishing Chinese, Math, and Kannada but we could make a case for it in 2023–24

Many of us are happy to write Слава Україні!, which we do successfully with the other IBM Plex families.

With LaTeX, to write the Ukrainian Cyrillic vowels Ї and ї, it suffices to write

• \"i respectively.
