Add CI setup

We can add a Jenkins setup from our internal Jenkins, but non-IBMers wouldn't be able to access it. Alternatively we could use TravisCI and mock up nodejs-idb-connector.

I would like to setup Jenkins so that the our automated tests can be run on incoming PRs.

Hopefully we gain access to an IBM i system that can be reached on the public internet.
