[BUG] Notification Center Alert and Banner pulls attention

Describe the bug When calling "alert" or "banner" IBM Notifier will pull attention away from the active application

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create script with multiple banners/alerts in script
2. Click on another application/text processor and start typing
3. Watch as typing is interrupted when banner appears.
4. See error

Expected behavior Banner/Alerts show in Notification Center but doesn't interrupt typing.

Additional context Being called within Installomator script, if jamfhelper is used as the notification agent then we don't pull attention.
