mmstartup does not work with ansible_fqdn

mmcrsluster may modify hostnames it does fail mmstartup using ansible_fqdn

1. mmcrcluster should be fixed to use the exact name given in the stanza file
2. mmcrcluster step in playbook should preserve the nodes file (ie in stdout/log)
3. if mmcrcluster modifies hostnames, all action should stop to diagnose the dns setup (alternatively, the ansible nodes inventory need to pick up the names defined by mmcrcluster)
