After deleting log file it is not getting recreated

How to Reproduce?
Please list the steps to help development teams reproduce the behavior
- Install CSI 2.9.0 with following Images.

- Delete the log file from the worker node of the following path.
[root@saurabh-csi-worker-2 ~]# rm -rf /var/log/scalecsilogs/ibm-spectrum-scale-csi.logs - Try to create PVC or any resources to generate logs.
- Check if the log file is getting recreated or not.
Expected behavior
A log file should be created if it is missing when driver is writing the logs.
Observation :
Log file is getting recreated whenever driver pods restarts , in the case when driver pods is not getting restarted and log file is missing then log file won't be created
