Unable to load participants (Buyer, seller etc) details in web application and Preload network service unavailable

Hi,

I have couple of issues with my webapp. Please refer the attached document for the error log and screenshots.

  1. It does not loads in the first attempt and needs refreshing.
  2. Participants (Buyer, seller etc) does not appears in the drop down for simulating the demo.
  3. Admin drop down -> Preload network, turns into error "Service unavailable".
