feat: Upgrade RHACM from 2.9 to 2.10

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. RHACM release 2.10 is out, so it is time to upgrade the version of RHACM in the repository.

Describe the solution you'd like Map the instructions under https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_advanced_cluster_management_for_kubernetes/2.10/html/install/installing#upgrading to the repository, implementing changes such as:

• [x] Upgrade the subscription channel in the repository
• [x] Update eventual CRs
• [x] Remove deprecated CRs, etc

Watch out for known issues in 2.10.

Describe alternatives you've considered None, the requirement is pretty narrow.
