Update the OperatorHub sections of the readme to clarify Kubernetes installation

From user feedback: Right now, the OperatorHub installation only pulls in the OCP installation link section, but Kubernetes can also use the OperatorHub. Could add in the Kubernetes section, or maybe just mention how to install from OH and link out to the project readme if they want the curl commands.
