Work Item: 360200

  1. Added Ubuntu package manager detection using dpkg-query, to perform tasks similar to RHEL
  2. Updated packages.json with Ubuntu-specific package names (diff from RHEL)
  3. Added Ubuntu as supported OS in supported_OS.json
