Maven Install and Use Issue (MASON and Paysim)

Hi, dear authors, my system is Ubuntu Linux 18.04 and want to build this AMLSim, I have manually install the Maven and want to install the MASON and Paysim jars . When I following the commends to install these two jars (dl4aml) rockyzhang@rockyzhang-Precision-5530:~/Desktop/AMLSim-master$ mvn install:install-file -Dfile=jars/mason.18.jar -DgroupId=mason -DartifactId=mason -Dversion=18 -Dpackaging=jar -DgeneratePom=true

Sorry that I am not familiar with Maven so I don't really understand this issue. I search it by google that try to solve but still can't find out the solution.

The Maven should be installed successfully as I input the mvn -version and the output run as follows.
