Deploy to Bluemix button(s) are missing

The Todo applications are hard to deploy for beginners. Like the JavaHelloWord application it should contain a "Deploy to Bluemix" button. Eventually the project needs to be broken into separate repositories if the deploy mechanism can't work on single trees of a Bluemix repository
