Design user Interface for managing challenges in fitchain

This would be something like a fitchain.mybluemix.net/challenger portal, where an organization can contribute a challenge and receive some form of notification when a challenge has been met.

It feels like we need a site that allows organizations to register with fitchain first, so they have a portal to view the challenge data as it evolves.
