Media player controls for video

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Videos don't have media controls, so you've got to watch them from start to end. There's no way to skip to a specific time, or pause without quitting and starting from the start again.

Describe the solution you'd like The video dialog should have play/pause buttons and the progress bar should be a seeker widget.

You should already be able to right-click on a video to get the URL, which can be played with gst-play-1.0 and any other media player that supports URLs/MP4 files.

But the ticket is tagged with libhandy redesign, so you won't see any progress until #177 and "NewCaw" (Cawbird 2.0 with a redesigned UI) is complete.
