Separate reporting of Aforestation and Reforestation

In the @IAMconsortium/common-definitions-emissions task team, we are discussing how to account for removals from Aforestation and Reforestation-related processes.

In particular, we think it would be useful to provide more detailed splits where possible like <prefix>|Aforestation and Reforestation|Aforestation and <prefix>|Aforestation and Reforestation|Reforestation

These would cover variables for

• land area
• carbon removal
• net carbon flux
