[BUG]: Section of host screen cut off at minimum resolution

Description

The minimum host screen width is not fully supported.

Expected Behavior

At our defined minimum resolution the rules should be readable and max player/winning score entry boxes should be usable.

Actual Behavior

At our defined minimum resolution the max player and winning score entry boxes are cut off, as well as a significant portion of the welcome/rules text and one of the carousel cards.

User Story

As a player, I want to be able to host the game on half of a 1360x768 monitor split hamburger style.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] The game settings component is fully usable at the minimum host screen size
• [ ] The welcome text/rules are fully readable at the minimum host screen size
