Expected Behavior

You should only be allowed to kick players down to the minimum number of players needed to play (I think this is 2)

Actual Behavior

You can kick every single player and have the only person left as the czar

Replication Steps & Data

1. have at least 2 devices or browsers open
2. Host on one device
3. join from your other devices
4. Kick all players who are not the czar

User Story

As a player, I want to be notified/not be allowed to kick players if it would mean there are not enough players to play anymore (at least host 2), so that that the game can not be played with just the czar or the czar and one other player.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] If you only have 2 players left, and you try to kick one you should get an alert saying something along the lines of "You can't do that/This will end the game"
