I2PSnark standalone reverts to default settings after each restart.

All the configuration reverts back to default state after each restart.

I set speed, tunnels, file access, theme etc. all of it, reverts to default.

setup = i2pd+i2psnark standalone, router speed = X

Can you post some startup logs, they're in your i2psnark/logs directory. Note that your bandwidth settings are conditional upon the available speed advertized by your router, which is a dynamic value that is unlikely to remain constant, even during a single session.
