Not scanning library automatically

Describe the bug

Everything works well except that it is not refreshing plex or interacting with my library, therefor I need to click scan library manually.

To Reproduce

I just followed the normal docker compose installation. Did I do something different by accident?

Expected behavior

The program to interact with plex and automatically initiate a library scan.

Maybe I need to relink my library? How do I do that?
