[Feature request] Add support for Flatpak

Would be awesome if you could add support for Flatpak. When Flatpak is enable, the menu could shows something like "Flatpak" beside the package name, to show that is a Flatpak.

And thank you for this applet. It is awesome!

I guess this will greatly complicate the code as for updating flatpaks you have to use totally different tools than for repo packages.

why? Is not so different than update Snaps.
