As per issue template please provide debug logs.

Thank you for the fast reply. I deleted the whole entity and added again and it is working now. Thanks

I think I am seeing the same thing, although perhaps more nuanced. ALL of the entities become unavailable every time home assistant is restarted. The only way to restore them is to delete the integration and reinstall it (which works perfectly every time). In addition, every several hours to as many as several days, all of the entities related to charging become unavailable. The door and tire entities remain available, although I'm not sure if they are actually updating. A sanitized log is attached. home-assistant-hyundai.log

Thanks for this. Which version number are you running? If not 2.23 please give that a go.

cdnninja avatar Mar 31 '24 01:03 cdnninja

I'm using 2.23.

Same here, no updates and I have tried to remove the integration and re-add it, without success. I dont know if this is the log, I just enabled Debug logging and saved that file

App is working ok, no issues

Edit: Now I cannot see any sensor in integration, I have one error saying:

Could we get debug logs from the latest version?

cdnninja avatar Apr 07 '24 20:04 cdnninja

This seems to be the applicable error:

024-04-07 18:37:21.796 DEBUG (SyncWorker_53) [hyundai_kia_connect_api.HyundaiBlueLinkAPIUSA] hyundai_kia_connect_api - Get Vehicles Response

The request / response that are contrary to the Web firewall security policies have been blocked.

Based on that someone with this issue needs to sniff the traffic for the app and compare to the code to see how we differ.

I am seeing this same behavior. I pulled the request out into Postman and I am able to recreate. I will try and find some time this weekend to sniff the requests and see what has changed.

I'm pretty sure I have the same problem, but I'm also rate limited at the moment, so I can't check as the logs just give me rate limit errors.

I'm in Australia
