Feature Request: Turn on light with selected brightness

This exists in other apps so I imagine it isnt that diffcult.

When a light is off and is commanded to be turned on, it should read the brightness slider and set the brightness to that instead of 100%

this already exists in the latest version. Check the settings of the application to change this behavior.

The default behavior should be:

Lights on at 100% and turn off: 0%. Brightness

Turned off and switch on, by default: Set to 100% brightness.

If turned off and the brightness slider is touched and then turned on, it should read the slider.

In the settings, these behaviors should be able to be changed such as "Turn on to last brightness", such as what the Hue app on Android does as default.
