Update more information about video cards. rtx 2070 is faster rtx 2080ti

The rtx3090 part cannot be used.

rtx 3080 user here. Had the same problem as problem as https://ibb.co/PcYbVDR (getting stuck on segment params), as well as the problem in #40.

#40 was fixed by using an old CUDA version. 11.2 seems to be incompatible at the moment. (The version I reverted to was 10.2 like in setup video) #39 I don't know if this will be the fix for everyone, but for those running source code, the fix to this issue for me was do with ffmpeg not being found. I conda / pip included it in the environment and all seems to work.
