does this work on windows 11? for cuda 11.01 there is no windows 11 install

I'm using 11.8 on Windows 10 and it works. Looking at the file name for 11.8, it's the same for both Windows 10 and 11. In theory, using Windows 10 version of 11.01 on Windows 11 should be fine.
